At Fortiora Labs, we prioritize the rapid delivery of high-purity research materials to ensure your projects remain on schedule. By placing an order, you agree to the following shipping and fulfillment terms:

1. Order Processing & Dispatch Timelines

We strive for industry-leading turnaround times to get materials into your laboratory as quickly as possible.

In-Stock Items: Orders for in-stock products are processed and dispatched from our facility the same day or the following business day.

Out-of-Stock Items: Products currently on backorder or awaiting restocking are estimated to ship and arrive within 7–10 business days.

Partial Shipments (Mixed Orders): If your order contains both in-stock and out-of-stock items, we will automatically split your shipment. In-stock items will be dispatched immediately, and the remaining products will be shipped as soon as they arrive at our facility—at no additional shipping cost to you.

2. Carrier Responsibility & Risk of Loss (F.O.B.)

All shipments are made F.O.B. (Free On Board) Origin. This means that the legal title and risk of loss or damage transfer to the Researcher (Purchaser) the moment the package is scanned and accepted by the shipping carrier (FedEx, UPS, or USPS).

Fortiora Labs is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or labor disruptions.

We are not liable for packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier that are subsequently lost or stolen.

3. Shipping Environment & Product Integrity

Most of our research compounds are supplied in a lyophilized (freeze-dried) state, which allows them to remain stable at ambient temperatures during standard transit times (under 7 days).

Unless otherwise specified, products are shipped at ambient temperature.

Upon receipt, it is the Researcher’s responsibility to store the materials according to the specific temperature requirements (typically -20°C for long-term storage).

4. Address Accuracy & Delivery

The Researcher is responsible for providing a secure and accurate shipping address.

No Address Changes: For security and fraud prevention, we cannot change the shipping address once an order has been dispatched.

Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or refusal, the order will be subject to our Refund Policy regarding non-returnable materials.

5. Tracking Information

Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier’s system to update the status of your shipment.

6. Legal Compliance & Research Use

By completing your purchase, you certify that the shipping destination is a legitimate laboratory or research facility equipped to handle these compounds. Fortiora Labs reserves the right to cancel any order intended for delivery to locations that appear to violate our Research Waiver or Terms of Service.
