Fortiora Labs: Refund & Return Policy

At Fortiora Labs, we provide high-purity, research-grade materials. Due to the sensitive nature of these products and the strict climate-controlled storage requirements necessary to maintain their integrity, all sales are final. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. No "Change of Mind" Returns

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for "change of mind," accidental orders, or research projects that have been canceled or delayed. Once an order has been processed for shipment, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to safety and quality control protocols, we cannot accept returns on any products once they have left our facility. We cannot verify the storage conditions or purity of a product once it has been in a third party's possession; therefore, returned items cannot be resold and will be destroyed.

3. Extreme Circumstances & Limited Exceptions

Refunds or replacements are only considered in the following extreme circumstances:

Incorrect Product: You received a product different from the one listed on your order confirmation.

Damaged on Arrival: The product arrived physically broken or leaking.

Verified Lost Shipment: The carrier confirms the package was lost in transit (excluding "delivered" status disputes).

4. Reporting Window & Evidence

To be eligible for a resolution under "Extreme Circumstances," you must:

Contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of the delivery timestamp.

Provide your order number and clear photographic evidence of the damaged or incorrect item.

Important: Any evidence of the product seal being broken, tampered with, or used will immediately void any eligibility for a replacement or refund.

5. Voiding of Policy

This policy is strictly for products intended for laboratory and research use only. Any communication suggesting the products were used for human or animal consumption, or any other unauthorized use, will result in the immediate voiding of all refund or replacement eligibility and a permanent ban from future purchases.

6. Resolution Process

If your claim is approved, Fortiora Labs reserves the right to choose the method of resolution, which may include:

A one-time replacement of the item (shipped at our expense).

Issuance of store credit for the value of the item.

A refund to the original payment method (minus original shipping costs).
