Research Waiver & Indemnity Agreement

This Research Waiver and Indemnity Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding contract between Fortiora Labs and the Purchaser ("Researcher"). By accessing this website or purchasing any materials, you agree to the following terms:

2. Verification of Researcher Qualifications

By proceeding with any purchase, the Researcher warrants that:

The materials will be used in compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations.

3. Disclaimer of Liability

Fortiora Labs makes no claims regarding the safety or efficacy of these compounds in any biological system. The Researcher assumes all risks associated with the handling, storage, and use of these materials. Fortiora Labs shall not be held liable for any damages—incidental, consequential, or otherwise—resulting from the misuse of these products.

4. Indemnification

The Researcher agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Fortiora Labs, its officers, and its affiliates from any claims, losses, or legal fees arising from the Researcher's use, handling, or distribution of products purchased from this site.

5. Reconstitution and Ancillary Supplies

The Researcher acknowledges that most compounds are supplied in a lyophilized (powder) state and require reconstitution with a suitable laboratory diluent prior to research. Fortiora Labs does not supply bacteriostatic water, syringes, or other medical administration tools, as these are not intended for clinical use.
